Our Sectors

Affordable Housing

Whether directly with housing associations or via contractors, we have an extensive catalogue of successful completed affordable homes projects. Our approach supports the needs for a cost effective, high performing housing solution that meets the demands of tenant-focused communities

Our knowledge base

We have provided solutions to affordable housing developers for many years. We have used our house building expertise to good effect when helping to create desirable spaces for new and existing communities. Our building systems have been developed with flexibility and choice in mind to enable affordable home builders to buy, dependent upon their own key drivers whether cost, speed of build, building performance or a combination of all. We can provide 1) a full supply and install service; 2) an assisted supply only service; or 3) be the supplier of the systems for you to install.

The future

With the increasing concerns about availability of site labour, rising worries about fuel poverty and the push towards a net zero carbon industry, energy-efficient offsite manufacturing has never had a bigger part to play in the affordable house building industry. We’re here to help you successfully manage the challenges and demands facing your organisation.

Building Regulations require 45dB noise reduction between plots and our units out-performed the requirement at 63-69dB. (50% above minimum standards) These tests give us confidence in the Stewart Milne timber frame system.
